We can hardly believe it! For her dance recital, she actually went on stage and did it. She didn't do it at the dress rehearsal. She was telling us how scared she was about it. Addy is a very social girl, but she's petrified of getting up in front of people. She won't say a word when she's supposed to give a talk in primary. She wouldn't dream of bearing her testimony. On Sunday she didn't even go up with the primary to sing for Father's day. She is petrified on stage.
So our family has been concerned about her dance recital for months. We've spent way too much money for her to choke, so we had to persuade her. Due to the unethical nature of the persuasion, the details will be with held from the world wide web; but let it be known that Addy did it! It was fun to see her up there (her good friend Trevi is dancing next to her). Here's a short clip as proof:
